The Caledonia Business Park was originally developed many years ago by other developers. In the mid-1990s, the remainder of the park land was purchased by Majestic North Development, Inc. which is a collaboration between Newport Development Corp. and Nielsen Building Systems. At that time, Majestic North Development also added several hundred acres to the park for expansion. Since that time, several additional roads have been constructed, existing roads were extended and lands were platted for additional building sites. There have been numerous additions to the park including Midland Container Corp., Quick Cable, Storage Master and many others. With lands abutting the C & NW Railroad, a railway spur is a possibility for future large customers needing rail access. The park is served by municipal sewer and water and has over 200 acres remaining for development, including a 25-acre site with potential direct access to Nicholson Road.

From I-94, exit on Hwy K and head east 3 miles to Nicholson Road, go north on Nicholson Road past Dunkelow Road to the Business Park.
