Creekview Estates

Caledonia, Racine County, Wisconsin

Creekview Estates is an exclusive, secluded subdivision located in the Village of Caledonia, Racine County, on the north side of Racine. This small nine (9) lot subdivision covers 8.5 acres and conforms with the Village of Caledonia Conservation Subdivision Ordinance. The subdivision contains five outlots that will be maintained in perpetuity by the Homeowner’s Association. Four of the lots in the subdivision abut an existing creek on the south side of the property. Contained within this creek bed are several trees that are estimated to be several hundred years old including is a large beech tree with a trunk diameter of 36", red oak with a trunk diameter of 60.6" cottonwood and shagbark hickory. These trees are located within one of the outlots and will be protected under the same Conservation Easement Agreement that protects the other outlots in the subdivision. 

Containing only one small street that terminates in a cul-de-sac, there will be minimal “through” traffic in the subdivision. Property values will be protected by Restrictive Covenants and there will be By-Laws for the Homeowner’s Association.

From Hwy. 31 or Hwy. 32: Take Highway 31 or Highway 32 to 4 Mile Road, go east on 4 Mile Road to Erie Street, then north on Erie Street to Brookview Court, west into subdivision.
