Eagle Point

Caledonia, Racine County, Wisconsin

Eagle Point was developed in 2000 and contains 51 single family lots.

This subdivision, along with Eagle Point Addition No. 1, backs up to the Johnson Park Golf Course to the west. The subdivision is managed by a Homeowner’s Association for the maintenance of the pond area at the entrance of the subdivision. This development was built on the old farmstead of the Collova family.

Located west of Hwy. 31, the entrance to the subdivision is off of Newman Road, south of Three Mile Road. A secondary access is provided through Emmertsen Road which was added in the Eagle Point Addition No. 1 phase. Both entrances provide for quick, easy access to either Hwy. 31 or Hwy. 38 for quick commuting times.
