Hickory Hollow

Hickory Hollow was developed in 2001 and contains 49 single family lots.

Developed in a collaboration between Newport Development Corp. and MasterCraft Builders, Hickory Hollow is one of three subdivisions originally slated to be included under the main name of “Double Eagle Development.”

Located off of Highway JF, west of Hwy 83., Hickory Hollow contains four cul-de-sac streets. The western and northern sections of the subdivision back up to conservancy outlots which also contain portions of the Trevor Creek. These conservancy areas can never be developed. Lot sizes were about ½ acre and larger.

Construction in this subdivision was restricted to Newport Builders, Inc. and MasterCraft Builders.
