Please know that we care about the nature of the communities that we develop.  There are restrictions on the kind of homes that can be built in Meadowdale Estates, including the following:

  • Every home must follow the architectural guidelines.
  • Exterior materials may be brick, stone, wood, Hardi-Plank, stucco, dryvit or other materials approved by the Architectural Control Committee.  Aluminum or composition siding are not permitted.
  • Shingles must be Dimensional Shingles or Cedar Shake.
  • Matching lamp posts / mailboxes are required.
  • Side entry garages are required.  Corner lots are subject to the Architectural Control Committee waiving this requirement.
  • All homes to have a minimum of one (1) fireplace with masonry foundation.
  • Minimum Size Requirements:
    • 1 Story - 2,500 square feet
    • 1 1/2 Story - 3,000 square feet
    • 2 Story - 3,000 square feet
  • Lots 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 30, 31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43 and 44 must have a minimum of 3,200 square feet with 2,000 on the first floor.
