Schaefer Farms is located in the City of Burlington, Racine County. This community will contain 300+ single family lots and condominium units and various outlots and park areas and will be completed in phases. Current access to the site is off of Yahnke Road, which will be converted to an emergency access only (for emergency vehicles only) and the main entrance to the community will be off of Hwy. 83, north of the Burlington Industrial Park. The entry to the subdivision will be along a winding road through an existing 20+ acre park that has been purchased and added to the property. This park area will not be developed (other than two commercial sites along Hwy. 83) and the entry to the subdivision will remain park-like in perpetuity. Containing winding roads throughout the subdivision, cul-de-sacs and outlots containing park areas, wetlands, and educational (nature) areas, this is truly a one-of-a-kind development! The outlots in the community will be protected by Restrictive Covenants and will be maintained in perpetuity by the Homeowner’s Association.

An entry monument for the condominium will be placed along the entry to the project along with a landscaped area. Property values will be protected by Restrictive Covenants and/or Condominium Declarations (as applicable) and there will be By-Laws for the Homeowner’s Associations.
