  • Every home must follow the architectural guidelines.
  • Minimum Size:
    • 1 Story - 1,900 square feet
    • 1 1/2 Story - 2,300 square feet
    • 2 Story - 2,300 sqare feet
  • Roofing materials:  asphalt shingles must have a minimum 25 year rating; wood or tile.
  • Matching lamp posts / mailboxes are required.
  • The front elevation of each home must have brick or stone of at least 30%.
  • No exterior walls without windows or doors.
