Shadow Wood Subdivision is located on the just west of the northwest corner of County Road KR and Meachem Road (also known as 22nd Street).  This is smaller subdivision containing only 24 lots.  This subdivision was begun by another developer and all remaining lots were purchased by Redfish, LLC, of which Newport Development is a Member.  Only 4 lots remain, so visit the subdivision soon to choose your lot!

  • Every home must follow the architectural guidelines.
  • Minimium Size Requirements:
    • 1 Story - 2,100 square feet
    • 1 1/2 Story - 2,300 square feet
    • 2 Story - 2,500 square feet
  • Architectural Shingles preferred.
  • Exterior materials to be brick, stone or cement board.
  • A minimum of 40% of brick or stone is required on the front elevation.
  • Matching lamp posts / mailboxes are required.
  • Brick address block required on each home.
  • Asphalt driveways are not permitted.
