Tall Oak Woods

Tall Oak Woods was developed in 2005 and contains 10 single family lots.

This smaller “in-fill” project was a collaboration between Newport Development Corp. and K Corp of Racine. One short street (Tall Oak Court) enters off of Old Spring Street and contains 9 lots. The remaining lot has access from Spring Street (Hwy. C).

Centrally located, this subdivision was a hidden gem and quickly sold out.

The subdivision is managed by the Homeowner’s Association and contains an outlot area with a stormwater retention pond.
