To retain our vision of Wooded Valley Estates South, all homes are subject to restrictive covenants, including:

  • Minimum house sizes:
    • 1 story - 1,700 square feet
    • 1½ story - 1,850 square feet
    • 2 story - 2,000 square feet
  • Minimum 6/12 roof pitch with dimensional shingles required
  • Brick or stone in an acceptable amount, based on home architecture on the front elevation of each home
