Every home must follow the architectural guidelines.

Minimum Size Requirement:  1 Story - 1900 Sq. Ft. minimum

                                                2 Story - 2300 Sq. Ft. minimum

                                               1 1/2 Story - 2300 Sq. Ft. minimum

Minimum of 25% brick or stone on front elevations.

Dimensional shingle roofs required.

Minimum two (2) car attached garage.
