Land Acquisition

Newport Development Corp. is always in the market to purchase available land. If you have land to sell, please contact Newport Development Corp. We will be more than happy to meet with you to discuss the options available to you. Newport Development Corp. is open to various types of land acquisition such as:

• Outright purchase from the seller
• Entering into an agreement with the seller(s) to develop the property for the seller
• Entering into an agreement with the seller(s) to co-develop the property with the seller
• Entering into a purchase agreement for partial payment up front with additional payments as lots close, based upon pre-determined parameters agreed to by the seller and Newport Development Corp.
• Entering into a purchase agreement for partial payment up front with additional payments on the anniversary of the original closing date (this may help sellers with estate planning and/or tax situations)

Newport Development Corp. has, over the years, completed developments with many different agreements with sellers. If you have property you want to sell, or to see developed, please contact us to schedule a meeting.

Please provide Newport Development Corp. with your name, address, phone number, address of the property you wish to sell or develop, and, if possible, the property tax numbers. Newport Development Corp. will obtain the current maps and information on your property prior to scheduling a meeting so we have a little knowledge of your property and what may be possible at the time of the meeting.
