Briarwood Condominium Homes

Briarwood Condominiums is located in the Village of Caledonia, Racine County. This condominium development will contain 30 duplex condominium units (15 buildings), which will be completed in phases. The development will contain a single “loop” private road which will begin at the end of the existing Candlelight Drive. This development is located on the site of the former Point West Racquet Club and the Racine Tennis Club is directly east of the property. The floor plans for the condominium units have not been finalized yet, however, each building will contain two condominiums, a two car attached garage, full basement and be either single story or 1 ½ story units. The property is bordered on the north, west and south by single family properties.
An entry monument for the condominium will be placed along at the entry to the project along with a landscaped area. Property values will be protected by Condominium Declarations and there will be By-Laws for the Homeowner’s Association.
Erie Street north to 4 Mile Road, west on 4 Mile Road to Candlelight Dr., north on Candlelight Drive to project.
