Summerset Village

Summerset Village was developed beginning in 2004 and contains 60 units.
Located north off of Spring Street (Hwy. C) on Summerset Drive, the development contains 15 buildings with four units per building. Each unit contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, full appliances in kitchen, living room/great room and a 2 car attached garage. A patio or balcony is also included with each unit.
Located behind the Roma Lodge, Summerset Village now has street connections with Spring Meadows Subdivision to the east, Jamestown V Subdivision to the northeast and will soon connect with a new development to the north. These connections provide the residents with access to Hwy. 38, Emmertsen Road and Spring Street (Hwy. C). Heading west on Hwy. C for about 10 minutes will take you directly to the interstate. Heading east on Hwy. C will connect you with Hwy. 31.
