Homestead Acres

Caledonia, Racine County, Wisconsin

Homestead Acres is located in the Village of Caledonia, Racine County, just south of Franksville. The development will be between Hwy. K and Dunkelow Road, north of Airline Road. This subdivision covers approximately 70-acres and will contain 50 single family lots and 52 duplex condominium units, which will be completed in phases. The subdivision conforms with the Village of Caledonia Conservation Subdivision Ordinance. The subdivision contains numerous outlots that will be maintained in perpetuity by the Homeowner’s Association. All of the outlots will be protected under a Conservation Easement Agreement. Airline Road will “cross” Hwy. K and enter the subdivision as Haymeadow Road and will connect to Dunkelow Road. Located along this section of Haymeadow Road will be a bike trail. There will be two Homeowner’s Associations, one for the single family homes and one for the condominium homes. 

An entry monument for the subdivision will be placed along Highway K (and possibly Dunkelow Road) along with a landscaped area. Property values will be protected by Restrictive Covenants and there will be By-Laws for the Homeowner’s Association.
