Majestic Hills II was developed in 1994 and contains 84 single family lots.
Majestic Hills II was the second step of a large vision. Expanding upon the existing Majestic Hills I, the next 84 lots of the development were platted and sold with construction being open to all builders. A very popular subdivision, the lots sold quickly which inspired the developer to begin working on Majestic Hills III.
The location of the property, east of 90th Street and south of Broadway provided for easy access to Hwy. 11 which leads to I-94 and for easy access to Hwy. 31 for quick commuting to Kenosha and Racine.
