Canopy Hill is located in the Village of Union Grove, Racine County. This community will contain 143 single family lots, 66 condominium units and one commercial site, which will be completed in phases. The development is bordered on the east by Hwy. 45 and on the south by 7th Avenue, across from Union Grove High School, just north of the newly revitalized downtown Union Grove. The existing 58th Road will cross Hwy. 45 and will be the main entrance into the community, just south of Trinity Lutheran Church. This will also be the location for the sole commercial site. Containing winding roads, heavily forested areas, retention ponds, and wetlands (in the outlot areas), this will be a community truly unique in Union Grove! The outlots in the community will be protected by a Conservation Easement Agreement and will be maintained in perpetuity by the Homeowner’s Association.
An entry monument for the condominium will be placed at the entry to the project along with a landscaped area. Property values will be protected by Condominium Declarations and there will be By-Laws for the Homeowner’s Association.
I-94 to Hwy. 11, west to Hwy. 45, north on 45 to 7th Avenue; or I-94 to Hwy. 20, west to Hwy. 45, south on 45 to 58th Road. The property is located behind the existing Trinity Lutheran Church and St. Robert’s Church.
