Hawk's Run

Hawk’s Run was developed in 2002 and contains 58 single family lots.

Developed in a collaboration between Newport Development Corp. and MasterCraft Builders, Hawk’s Run is one of three subdivisions originally slated to be included under the main name of “Double Eagle Development."

Located off of Highway JF, west of Hwy 83., Hawk’s Run contains three cul-de-sac streets. The property is bordered on the east by the Hickory Hollow Subdivision Conservancy area, and on the north and west by a 52+ acre Conservancy area which is part of the subdivision. This Conservancy area abuts the Conservancy area within the Sunset Ridge Subdivision (also developed by Newport & MasterCraft), which provides for truly astonishing view corridors!
Lot sizes were about ½ acre and larger.

Construction in this subdivision was restricted to Newport Builders, Inc. and MasterCraft Builders
