Sunset Ridge was developed in 2001 and contains 18 single family lots.
Developed in a collaboration between Newport Development Corp. and MasterCraft Builders, Sunset Ridge is one of three subdivisions originally slated to be included under the main name of Double Eagle Development.
Located off of Highway C, west of Hwy. 83, Sunset Ridge is a treasure! With only 18 lots, all of which are ½ acre or larger, this subdivision is entirely surrounded by open space. There is a large pond along Highway C as well as heavily wooded areas on the western edge of the property. The lots on the southern portion of the property overlook conservancy space which may not be developed. The views are second to none!
Construction in this subdivision was restricted to Newport Builders, Inc. and MasterCraft Builders.
