Tornoe Estates was developed in 2002 and consists of 37 single family lots. Tucked in between Old Farm Meadows and Camelot Meadows, Tornoe Estates allowed Five Mile Road to be extended east across Middle Road. Five Mile Road now ends at the Klema Ditch.

Located in the Village of Caledonia, Tornoe Estates is just minutes away from Lake Michigan.
