Wooded Valley Estates

Wooded Valley Estates was developed in 2003 and contains 32 single family lots. This development was the first Conservation Subdivision completed by Newport Development. Located within the subdivision are several outlots for retention of green areas and stormwater retention areas. In addition, this subdivision abuts the Tabor Woods with public access to the forested areas from within the subdivision. This project is built upon the site of the former Loppnow Christmas Tree farm and, as such, the site still contains numerous trees and various species of evergreen (Christmas) trees.

Located just off of Hwy. 31 via Mary Drew Drive or Tabor Road, this subdivision provides for quick access to Hwy. 31 for easy commuting to Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee.
