The Villas of Meadowbrook is a condominium project that was started by another developer and is being completed by Newport. The project contains 18 duplex condominiums for a total of 36 units. All units have been built except for 8 units. Newport Builders is beginning another duplex this year and we hope to have the remaining six units completed by the end of 2016.
