Villas of Meadowbrook

The Villas of Meadowbrook is a condominium project that was started by another developer and is being completed by Newport. The project contains 18 duplex condominiums for a total of 36 units. All units have been built except for 8 units. Newport Builders is beginning another duplex this year and we hope to have the remaining six units completed by the end of 2016. These are well thought out floor plans located in a convenient location abutting the Meadowbrook Country Club. Many of the units overlook the golf course.
