- Minimum house sizes:

- 1½ story - 1,850 square feet
- 2 story - 2,000 square feet
- Minimum 6/12 roof pitch with dimensional shingles required
- Brick or stone in an acceptable amount, based on home architecture on the front elevation of each home
In addition, the following are imposed upon each lot:
- In accordance with the Village Subdivision Ordinance, no perimeter fencing is allowed
- No clear-cutting of trees is permitted
- Membership in the Homeowner's Association
